Identifying the opportunities

A competitor audit, followed by a series of client interviews, helped us to take a snapshot of the market and better understand customers’ views, needs and expectations.

Combine these insights with our understanding of digital marketing and you get an innovative, stand-out strategy that showcases the freedom of choice that Tunstall’s end users enjoy.

A six-month content plan, including videos, storytelling and articles, reminds audiences about Tunstall’s USP and market position, boosts SEO and gives social media posts a purpose.

Pushing the creative limits

Clean, modern and fresh campaign artwork pushes the Tunstall brand creatively.

Paid social and PPC campaigns are aimed at current and potential customers, with four category-driven campaigns for maximum visibility, traffic and lead generation.

And we’re restructuring the Tunstall UK website to create an optimal B2B user experience.

We needed to showcase Tunstall’s end to end difference, simply, clearly and accessibly. We need to give the customer the decision, need, want and opportunity to delve further. We created this interactive online app that helps the customer understand all areas Tunstall operate in.
